The reality

You didn't sign up to be your own accountant.

Most creators we've talked to are quietly spiraling about taxes. These are real things real beta testers told us. Verbatim.

"

I made $96K last year on three platforms. April came around and I owed $24K. I genuinely had no idea.
M
MiaOnlyFans + Twitch · 2024 income $96K

"

My CPA charged $4,200 and made me explain what Fansly was. Twice. I never went back.
L
LexFansly · 2024 income $112K

"

I've paid IRS underpayment penalties three years in a row. I never know when the quarterlies are due.

How it works

Four steps. Most people finish in under fifteen minutes.

No spreadsheets, no shoebox of receipts, no "send me your 1099s by Friday." It just runs.

01

Connect once.

Link your bank, Stripe, OnlyFans, Patreon — whatever you use. Read-only. Bank-grade. Revoke anytime.

02

We sort everything.

AI matches each transaction to the right Schedule C line. Ring lights, Adobe subs, studio rent, props — already categorized.

03

Quarterlies on autopilot.

We project what you'll owe, remind you 7 days out, and tell you the exact amount. No more April panic.

04

File or hand off.

DIY-export to TurboTax, or pay $299 once and a real CPA reviews and e-files it. Your call.

Why ChillFile

The first tax tool that doesn't make you translate your life.

Generic freelancer software was built for graphic designers in 2014. We built ChillFile for how creators actually earn now.

Multi-platform aggregation

OnlyFans, Fansly, Twitch, Patreon, YouTube, Substack, Stripe, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, your bank. One dashboard.

AI deduction finder.
Built for creators.

We know what a ring light is. And a green-screen backdrop. And that you wrote off Adobe but missed the home studio square footage. Average user finds $3,400 in additional deductions their old tool didn't catch.

Quarterly dashboard

Live estimate as your year unfolds. Projected payments, due dates, 7-day reminders, and IRS-direct-pay links.

Shame-free, always

You don't have to explain your income source to anyone — not the app, not the CPA. NDA standard. Adult-creator-aware from day one.

Optional CPA filing

Want a human to file it for you? $299. Licensed CPA. Five business days. Audit support included for three years.

See it in 90 seconds.

The full prototype is clickable end-to-end. Connect a (fake) bank, watch us sort 847 transactions, see your quarterlies, hit the CPA upsell. No signup. Real flow.

Pricing

Less than what you'd pay in penalties this year.

One plan. Two ways to pay. Optional CPA add-on if you'd rather hand it off entirely.

Compare: a generalist CPA charges $1,500–$8,000. FlyFin and Keeper Tax are $15–20/mo but don't aggregate platforms or speak creator. TurboTax SE is $129/yr but you do everything yourself.

Early users, mostly relieved.

FAQ

Things people ask before signing up.

Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We don't sell, share, or use it for training. If you opt into the CPA review, your CPA signs an NDA before they see anything. The category names you'll see ("Software," "Equipment") never reveal what you produce — your bank statements, of course, will list the platform names you've connected.
Never. We use Plaid (the same connector that Venmo, Coinbase, and Robinhood use) for read-only access. Your bank's login screen is rendered by your bank, not by us. We can't move money — only read transactions. You can revoke access in two clicks from your dashboard.
ChillFile doesn't move money or change anything about your existing bank relationship — it only reads transactions. We're explicitly designed to be safe for adult-platform creators. We're also building partnerships with banking sponsors who serve adult-adjacent businesses, in case you ever want a payment account that won't surprise-close on you. (We'll tell you about that when it's ready.)
Absolutely. ChillFile produces a clean Schedule C export and a complete deduction worksheet you can hand to anyone — TurboTax, H&R Block, your friend's accountant, your own CPA. We don't lock you in. The $299 CPA add-on is purely optional.
Yes — quarterly estimates and Schedule C exports include federal + your state. CPA-filed returns include both federal and state filing. (Currently supporting all 50 states + DC. Multi-state filings count as one return.)
Totally fine. The $29/mo (or $249/yr) plan is the full software. The $299 CPA review is an optional add-on you only pay if you want a human to take it from there. About 60% of beta users use the software solo and self-file with TurboTax.
We're onboarding ~50 creators/week right now while we tune the deduction model. Try the live demo (no signup needed), and if you like it, drop your email — we'll invite you when it's your turn. Public launch: late 2026.
